Una manera de generar confianza con un colega que tenga resistencia a practicar las normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo puede ser publicar en las redes sociales de la empresa o realizar divulgaciones que contengan testimonios de personas que sean sobrevivientes de accidentes de seguridad, de manera que es una perspectiva objetiva sin juzgamientos, pero donde el trabajador pueda ver que realmente si pueden materializarse las consecuencias de los actos y condiciones inseguras. Lo mejor es tener un formato para reportar el acto o condición insegura, de tal forma que se pueda registrar lo más objetivamente posible e invitar a la persona que tiene resistencia a la seguridad, realicen el análisis de causas y con esa participación se tiene no solo parte del problema sino de la solución, así mismo, se puede identificar las verdaderas causas por las cuales la persona comete los actos inseguros o mantiene las condiciones inseguras.
