Feedback is extremely important especially to professional as it would allow them to improve if taken seriously and with no sensitivity or definsivenis. A reflection on the feedback will help improve the text and environment.

En efecto en una sesión de retroalimentación, es recomendable permitir que el estudiante se exprese, sus inquietudes, sus temores, sus retos, lo que ha trabajado con su propio método, las dificultades que se ha enfrentado; la escucha atenta y activa es una habilidad para poder proporcionar la ayuda que necesita, es importar emplear habilidades de coaching o de mentor al acompa?ar y dar una buena retroalimentación.

Using a constructive tone and focusing on the behavior rather than the individual allowed the lecturer to remain receptive. Tanto sea generar proyectos, ideas, planes o presupuestos estos deben basarse en un intercambio entre las partes, generando un intercambio de saberes y conocimientos, siendo este aspecto constructivo vital para que se comprenda de forma global todos los aportes que las partes pueden y se comprometen en brindar. Tanto sea en aula, como en la empresa el aporte de todos genera una sinergia donde todos comprender su participación.

In doing so I would use ojective language focusing on observable actions and outcomes. I also feel timely feedback is important to encourage open dialog, which can help the professional recognize opportunities, development and growth of content being created. Self reflection should be encouraged, as well as an open dialog between your feedback and the professional receiving the feedback. I have observed this is best done through open-ended questions that encourage the professional to reflect on content being creating.

Maintain a Professional Tone: Keep the feedback respectful and avoid any language that could be perceived as disrespectful or confrontational. Empathize with Their Position: Recognize the challenges of teaching, especially in an online setting, and show appreciation for their efforts.
