Effectively evaluating HR training programs involves setting clear objectives aligned with organizational goals, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders, measuring learning outcomes through assessments and surveys, tracking post-training performance improvements, and continuously refining programs based on data-driven insights to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

A lot of methods are available to assess the extent to which these programs improve learning, affect behaviour on the job, and impact the bottom line performance of the org.. One of the approach would be testing knowledge and skills before beginning a training program gives a baseline standards of trainees that can be measured again after the training to determine the improvement.

Un método que uso bastante son las evaluaciones 360 y autoevaluaciones. Asi, evaluamos ciertas habilidades antes y después del entrenamiento, y al mismo tiempo encuestamos a pares, jefes y/o subordinados de esa persona para que nos cuenten su apreciación en cuanto a cambios actitudinales,de conocimiento,etc

A etapa de analise de resultados é fundamental para verificar se o treinamento atingiui o objetivo. é necessário utilizar ferramentas e metodologias para avaliar os resultados e facilitar a mensura??o dos KPI de treinamento. Os KPI de treinamento s?o informa??es preciosas para os gestores avaliarem a eficacia dos cursos, o aprendizado do conteúdo e desempenho dos colaboradores.

Fomentar la retroalimentación honesta más allá de indicadores duros, apuntando también a cambios en maneras de actuar y pensar. Por ej, antes frente a X situacion la persona reaccionaba de tal manera y ahora reacciona distinto. Antes frente a una crisis de estrés le pasaba X cosa y ahora lo enfrenta de otra manera. Esos ejemplos no solo al programa sino que sirven a la persona para ir interiorizando los avances y cambios que hace

El feedback de los mismos participantes es clave para mi, para ajustar las estrategias de capacitación. Tanto en el cambio de contenidos, como de actividades, approach de los temas,etc. Es importante saber que hay actividades que serán Excelentes para una cultura organizacional, pero que no sirven para otra. No hay actividades "buenas" o "malas" solamente unas que calzan más con el publico objetivo o no. Entonces, hay empresas donde el debate y la conversacion están instaurados y apreciados, entonces intento poner más dialogo en las capacitaciones. Otras empresas/grupos son más de acción y hacer antes de reflexionar, entonces hago algo más "hands on"

Notice the participant's immediate reaction to the training , use surveys and feedback forms for their engagement. Assess what they have learnt. Evaluate their knowledge. Observe changes in their behavior and application of skills on the job. use performance reviews , 360 degree feedback and manager observations. Evaluate the overall impact of the training on org goals. measure business outcomes such as productivity, quality enhancements or financial performance.

Yo siempre intento entregar recursos adicionales para que los participantes puedan elegir los que más les gusten por ejemplo, para presentar un plan o idea les digo. Pueden dibujarlo (y les doy lápices, temperas, plasticinas para que usen su creatividad), pueden hacer una presentación en power point, pueden hacer un role playing,etc. Asi las personas con sus distintos estilos de procesas información, van haciendo la capacitacion "mas propia" y entretenida para ellos
