The process of developing another person requires first and foremost an in-depth knowledge of the person you are going to develop. Not only to have the most perfect understanding of their goals, dreams, fears and doubts, but also to understand how to establish a conversation without it being too personal or too formal. Dialogues that use elements from the experiential and emotional universes so that there is a sense of belonging and familiarity, making the proposed adjustments much more effective.

Before meeting with your client, crystallize your objectives for the session and how they align with the client's overall goal. What do you want to achieve? Set goals, provide feedback, or chart a new course? With a clear purpose, craft your words like a master artisan. Each phrase is carefully chiseled, and every sentence is purposeful. As you speak, your message is not just clear—it's compelling. When the conversation ends, you both know the next steps. No ambiguity, no wasted words. Just a laser-focused interaction propelling the coaching journey forward. That's the power of setting objectives. It's not just what you say, but why you say it. When your why is crystal clear, your message becomes a catalyst for transformative change.

Bei komplexen Zusammenh?ngen erkl?re ich etwa Ursachen und und m?gliche Auswirkungen klar. Per Intuition lassen sich auch gut Metaphern integrieren, wie zB : "Stellen Sie sich das Unternehmen als Schiff vor, das den Kurs wechseln m?chte und dabei verschiedene Wellen durchquert." So bleibt die Kernbotschaft im Fokus und kann dann im Gespr?ch weiter verfeinert werden.

Active listening is not just a skill, it's a leadership strategy. In my experience, the challenge often lies in silencing our own internal dialogue to truly hear what's being said. By doing so, we can uncover the underlying issues and address them effectively. This approach has been instrumental in resolving conflicts and fostering growth within the organizations I've led. It's about being curious and inquisitive, but also humble enough to listen and learn from others. Listen NOT to respond but to truly understand !

Not just at the initial moment of learning about the other person, but as an instrument of high performance in the relationship. Listening attentively means shutting up that little person in your brain who is analyzing, articulating, proposing things even before the other person has finished speaking. Active listening requires preparation and training. It requires full understanding that the other person is speaking, often almost imperceptibly, exposing their weaknesses and doubts. As the experienced doctor used to say: listen to your patient, they are telling you what they have.
