A detailed corrective action plan shall be established and shared with the reporter with an appreciate note for such cases. Otherwise, only appreciate note for those non genuine cases should be sufficient, without spending unnecessary resources, if all blind spots are cleared.

A mi me ha resultado útil pedir una retroalimentacion detallada del porqué de la crítica, tener la mente abierta y una escucha activa, el ir más a detalle y profundizar te permite tener un mejor enfoque y una visión las global del panorama completo y a partir de aquí poder trabajar en planes de mejoras, ojo hay que saber distinguir entre una crítica constructiva y una destructiva, en el primer caso hay que escuchar y ser abierto en el segundo caso es mejor ignorar.

Es realmente muy importante este punto, ser un buen escucha realmente cuesta, muy pocos dominan el arte de saber escuchar, de la escucha activa, en esta situación se deben ir haciendo anotaciones mentales y cuando una idea no esté clara pide a tu interlocutor que te vuelva a repetir de manera respetuosa y educada de manera que el sienta que estas interesado en su opinión, al final que termine de hablar, pregunta si no tiene nada más que agregar y si tu tienes preguntas hazlas saber y sino da las gracias de manera genuina por su retroalimentacion.
