We all have one or more stories of companies losing sight of what made them loved by their customers, there are many ways to ensure the company doesn't lose sight of the vision and that is ensuring that the leaders live the vision every in their decisions, etc and scheduling refresher/training programs for employees P.S: This contribution is backed by data ?
