While having knowledge of coding can be beneficial, it's not always necessary to be an expert coder. Instead, focusing on clear and concise communication, understanding the requirements thoroughly(most important), and actively participating in discussions around design and functionality can greatly enhance collaboration. Additionally, having a strong grasp of testing principles, methodologies, and tools can allows testers to provide valuable insights and feedback to developers, helping to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.

Using Jira Tool we can communicate with developers by giving all the necessary information about the issues and make sure we should not miss to give proper logs and videos in the jira If the developer has any further doubts we can directly ping in the communication channel and both can clear our doubts by explaining about the jira or if they need any additional information we can discuss.

To ensure that the communication is effective while collaborating with the developers, a number of strategies can be incorporated. Some of these strategies are using the visual aids that best describe the scenario, leveraging the tools that are used for either project management or track bugs effectively, setting up the regular communications, follow-up and updates, and encouraging feedbacks. However, while using each of these strategies, it has to be as specific as possible. For instance, the visual aids should be clear enough to describe the bug, the tracking tools should enhance the traceability between the issues and the features, and the updates should focus on the new bugs identified.
