Develop a Clear and Compelling Message - Define Key Messages: Create clear, concise, and compelling messages that highlight the institution's needs and goals. - Use Data and Stories: Combine quantitative data with qualitative stories to make a strong case. 3. Identify Key Audiences - Faculty, staff, students, and alumni. - Government officials, policymakers, donors, community leaders, and the media.
