I'm Always looked a way to get more prominent, but easy approach to solve issues and problems. My BOSS like this attitude of mine. Whenever i face any issue. I didn't go to him directly without finding any initiative solution. That's my thing My Boss always trust my instincts because i never indulge in problems solutions without making proper initiated solution.

Pour avoir une communication claire, il faut s'assurer à chaque fois surtout avec des personnes que vous ne connaissez pas parfaitement, de résumer ce que vous compris de la discussion, et ou de s'assurer que la personne en face a bien compris le message transmis, pour éviter des mal entendus ou des incompréhensions.

Yes, No One is Educated from Mother's lap. Even a person with 30-40 years of experience can make mistakes. No doubt in it. First thing is to follow the proper map and than if something happens never loses your instincts just keep your head up and learn from that. That's something you must keep in your mind.
