I also need to consider the possible factors that might resist the innovation process. To sum up, the steps are: 1. Understand the problem. 2. Brainstorm solutions. 3. Identify potential hurdles. 4. Be patient. 5. Be consistent. By keeping all these points in mind, one can drive innovation effectively.

One thing which I have found helpful is to first evaluate why the resistance is there. Some domains in tech are not in favour of very frequent changes because they have a system in place which is working and adding value to the users. We need to be flexible to understand the value this change will add to the problem/project, a single solution is not good for every domain.

The best way to do communicate this is to build a flowchart and inform stakeholders how things would work. Even complicated concepts in computer science will go back to the foundation of having a flow for collecting, processing and eventually giving back the data.

In my experience, if you publish in company portal a white paper, short presentation or short video (depending on the value of the innovation and the ability to execute quickly) followed by an e-mail to stakeholders - it will greatly influence the communication related to innovation. Short videos are the most effective and they require purifying the messages and using supporting graphics, which increase the clarity of the goals, benefits and the future of an innovation.

Infect, in my last project, I have faced a similar situation wherein I was working with Clients and stakeholders were based on Poland, Belgium, Netherland. Now the counter parts, we were not really comfortable with English that too. When our team members speak Indian English So basically the communication was between two sets of Non-Native English speakers and there was always a chance for the communication to be less understood. Here we decided that any and every conference call will be followed by minute of meeting. So that there is no room for confusion or mis-understanding. This is also true when we want to move on to things using new technologies. To conclude i would like to say - lack of training gives rise to assumptions whereas with training it kills those assumptions and gives us hope!!!

All theory and no context is of very little use, but so too is throwing people in at the deep end and seeing who can swim. A blended approach that is 40% "let's book that course for you" and 60% "now this is how we use it" is by far most effective...but takes longer. This is a very interesting point. Currently, I am working as a 'non-computer scientist' but as a specialized LLM prompt engineer, collaborating with computer scientists/developers. It's fascinating that my experience shows not all computer scientists are enthusiastic about implementing AI into existing systems or engaging with AI.
