Even as a Six Sigma Black belt, we can also go back to revisit the Six Sigma Yellow Belt materials, so that we can access the syllabus which is suitable for eg. technicians and operators in my company. Yes, workshops and trainings which are face to face give certain advantages, like small group activities. Take an example, in a online course about 7 QC tools, all the tools just been introduced, and some quiz. With Face to face workshop on the 7 QC tools, it could be extended to 2 days, and the participants are divided into small groups and construct the 7 QC tools, eg. flowcharts, pareto charts, control charts, by hand , and with MINITAB software, etc, which give more understanding over online lectures. :-)

I personally did ASQ CQE, ASQ CQA back in year 2008, and those knowledge are still useful throughout my Quality Manager career life. Plus, we need to master Six Sigma certification, together with MINITAB statistical tools. We need to be IT literate nowadays and not just theories which are tested in the examination. :-)

In some Coursera related courses, eg. the six sigma specialization courses, there are project and assignment which needs peer review. By submitting your own assignment, and reviewing other student's assignment, we can learning from each other. That is peer learning to me. :-) Happy learning !!! :-)
