A lo largo de mi trayectoria profesional, he tenido la oportunidad de gerenciar proyectos de manera directa y también he podido colaborar de manera voluntaria con muchos proyectos de desarrollo para beneficio de comunidades en situaciones vulnerables y pobreza extrema, y desde mi experiencia, esos aportes y soportes dados para que se cumplan los objetivos y metas, me han llenado de gran satisfacción al ver cambios significativos en los beneficiarios de dichos proyectos. Ser parte del cambio o impacto positivo en la vida de las personas no tiene precio, aunque si muchísimo valor.

Desde mi experiencia profesional puedo decir que conectar con las personas es una herramienta muy útil dentro de cualquier organización o empresa. We all have "blind spots" in some cases these prevent us from achieving our goals. Along my career I noticed that the most successful people were also the ones open for candid feedback and do self reflection. Being able to do it I think also indicates that a person believes they can do something with the feedback and take control of their life. I also believe that when you get a "true" feedback you know it. Another thing that I have learned is that when I get emotional and my immediate reaction is rejecting the feedback, that means there is also something true about it.

De igual forma, cuando se presenta la oportunidad de que nosotros hagamos una buena retroalimentacion, debemos aprovechar al máximo esa oportunidad para agregar valor a la otra persona, y aunque existan oportunidades de mejora, si somos asertivos y empaticos, lo haremos super bien y que valga la pena.
