HR leaders I speak to on a regular basis are telling me how everyone is now matching up keywords, and they have more people to interview- but they are not qualified candidates... They don't stand out. You have to put yourself out there and be a true industry leader. So while it seems so much easier to try to match up perfectly- you are just elongating the process and making it harder on yourself. BE you- not your competition.
