By doing so, it will help to identify and analyse potential problems but also helps recognise and appreciate successful elements to build on. By consciously seeking out and understanding the strengths and benefits of different scenarios, you can cultivate a more balanced and nuanced perspective to any creative scenario.

The best way to boost your creativity is to actively seek out new experiences and expose yourself to diverse sources of inspiration. Stepping outside your comfort zone and immersing yourself in unfamiliar environments or modes of expression can help stimulate your brain and trigger new connections. A great example are the Impressionist painters of the 19th century. Monet, Renoir, and Pissarro deliberately broke away from the rigid, academic painting styles that dominated at the time. Instead of painting in studios, they took their canvases outdoors to capture the fleeting effects of natural light and atmosphere. This radical shift in perspective forced the Impressionists to develop new techniques and styles.

In the foundational phase of my education as a creative, I learned a valuable 1st step—acceptance. We are often told the 1st step in the creative process is preparation, which includes finding inspiration. This is misguided. Unless you willingly accept there is a problem to solve and/or there is something you can get behind passionately, your heart will not creatively produce good work. You will need to define your creative values in order to accept clients, briefs, or even peers. Creatives need to analyze the way people have worked on previous projects and with others, since there is no use putting any creative effort into a new project with bad energy. You should not accept this as a starting point. This is the most key skill to learn.

Social development sector requires constant self reflection in terms of our work and achievements. The challenge is not merely about rapidly changing society but also about the fact that change happens in so many realms and domains that it is often difficult to understand what change, which change and why and how those happen! Creativity is not just a need but it is essential as well!
