Motivation is the alchimia of employee's happiness. Succesfull managers should not fully transfer their responsability to sense the sentiment of a team to technology, that would be in my opinion the end of their leadership. Leaders, be there for your teams or find strong leaders to be there for them, specially if you feel they need extra attention because we're facing a big change or there's are some areas that need attention. There's no technology that can replace your intuition. Intuition is crucial to "read" where your people is. Technology can't replace a good talk, being there, present.
