No come?o quando comecei a aprender mais sobre um projeto de BI, o mais importante foi entender que as análises s?o críticas e que n?o podem haver erros ou desvios. E isso com o tempo gerou uma press?o muito grande por entregas sem erros e rápidas. Minhas lideran?as também cobraram e colocaram um peso adicional em meus erros. Mas para seguir em frente, sempre tentei focar no que acertei e valorizar isso também. Avaliar o que errei e como poderia melhorar, seja por uma valida??o adicional, ou conversar com alguém em busca de feedbacks ajudou muito. Mesmo hoje, ainda cometo erros e isso independente da experiência ou da habilidade. Mas mais do que isso, é processar o erro, corrigir, aprender e seguir em frente.

This is a crucial step and not for the weak. Everyone has to look in the mirror and evaluate steps they took instead of pointing fingers. Also have to evaluate the tools, vendors etc that were used with a neutral lens. Some companies can do this some put blinders on. That’s what will really tell success from future failures.
