In my experience, every time I finish a project I'm full of ideas for what to improve and do better next time. That doesn't mean you shouldn't be proud of wht you've already/just done, but nothing is ever perfect. It's not until you try something and achieve "success" at that time, that your mind will open to more possibilities, how to do something faster, better, cheaper, etc. You might not realise it, but that's you subconciously reflecting while already in motion. But it's important to also take time and reflect on things with others, that might be coleagues, family, friends, or maybe a clever market survey, make sure you get the thoughts of others and add them to your own thoughts and reflections, and from there you will grow!
