I am proud to say that I really created a perfect QA team. I always hear that employees must have strong technical background and so on. Yep, hard skills are important. But don't forget that you're creating a team of PEOPLE. And people must be able to interact with each other effectively. So, you'd better pay attention to soft skills. Your potential employee must share the common vibe of already existing team. Otherwise no matter how great they are in their technical knowledge, they will not unleash their potential fully. P.S. Technical skills ARE important. But if the person has great skills, you can close your eyes to some gaps in knowledge. After all, everything can be taught.
