Reaching a document or any other thing in your office should be easy and quick, in my opinion if you can’t reach something in less than a minute you should start immediately implementing 5s in your workplace, starting by sorting everything and bringing similar things together,making everything clear and any hidden items should be visible also labeling is very important, you should label your drawers and shelves with the items stored on it
