Next, ask feedback from colleagues or stakeholders to ensure the report is understandable, contains not just the data and results that they are expecting, but the message they need you to convey in the R&D field and %100 complete.

Usually, people have higher expectations for information delivered in writing, as it is expected that any errors can be deleted and corrected before submission. Writing is also usually the more permanent medium of expression. Running a final check including for grammatical and typographical errors (some of which word processors may not readily catch, if the erroneously typed word is also a valid English word) is important here, as with any other piece of writing. Sometimes, multiple sentences are used to emphasise a point, for instance introducing a point, backing it up with evidence, then restating the point; for conciseness, it may pay to put the point and evidence in a reasonable order to prevent redundancy.
