In my experience, to ensure my team overcome the fear for new forms of technology, I implemented Systems Training for cooperating and adapting to new forms of workplace procedures in a digital landscape relative to collaborative leadership and team building. Personal and professional development were customized to individual and/or organizational goals (technology) to meet and/or exceed Key Performance Indicators; ? Building on individual strengths and improving “bandwidth” capacity to have difficult conversations and to foster accountability based on the data-sets ? Enabling and empowering each personnel to feel confident to take risks and initiating strategic communications to enhance teamwork that should ultimately overcome any fear.
