El networking y las relaciones con clientes no tienen sentido si no consigues una autoridad sobre él en la rama que desarrollas tu profesión. Por tanto la relación con el cliente es fundamental para: - Conseguir hacer nuevas ventas sobre sus necesidades y posibles puntos de ayuda. - Fidelizar al cliente y evitar su salida. - Conseguir su recomendación para otros posibles clientes. La tasa de cierre de un lead frio es de entre el 2% y 5%, mientas que de recomendación está entre el 35% y el 50%

Y para mi otro punto muy importante sería mantén relaciones win win. Haz networking con el corazón, se generoso con las personas que te encuentras en el camino, pues luego estas serán generoso contigo. Pero no olvides una cosa, cuando eres generoso por que esperas algo a cambio, no son relaciones Win Win, es interés.
