What you have to decide here is - does it matter? And, also, can you leverage this behavior for your own advancement? It is commonplace for leaders to be recognized for the work of their teams. And, appropriate that the leader immediately praise the team members who achieved that accomplishment. When it doesn't happen, this can be upsetting. However, was it really intentional? And, did this somehow harm your reputation? Along with having an honest discussion with your boss, at a time that you aren't upset, about this, you can also talk to peers about it and gain their suggestions.
