For working almost 2 years remotely, I felt very isolated and cut-off from the social life but then an idea struck me and that's to have an extra layers of hobbies that you do in the evenings or even during day after Lunch. ( since its remote , there is no time restriction and fixed working hours). Meeting up with my college buddies, hanging out with some good old friends, hitting the gym and keeping yourself positively occupied really helps overcome the feeling of isolation while working remotely.

Virtual meetups were a game-changer for me. When I first commenced operating remotely, I honestly ignored the power of the office. But then we commenced doing those day by day video stand-ups, and it made a large difference. Seeing everyone`s faces and listening to their voices – even though it is only for 15 minutes – allows me experience linked to the team. But the actual magic takes place in our casual hangouts. We have this weekly "digital satisfied hour" wherein we play on-line video games together. It's hilarious looking our lead fashion dressmaker fail miserably on the video games he allows create! These periods do extra than simply smash the monotony – they assist us bond as a team.
