As I identified two similar issues, which two different clients were facing on their infrastructure, I raised this during the weekly meeting with a team, we discussed this and tried to work out a plan with solutions how we permanently could fix an issue ind improve the client IT infrastructure. This plan was handed to higher management which then was offered to client in form of RFS.
