Ciertamente todo lo descrito es importante y aplica en casos particulares, desde mi experiencia el desarrollador debe primero entender de qué se trata el proyecto, problema o requerimiento para poder escoger el lenguaje que más se adapte a esa necesidad, no todos los lenguajes fueron creados para fines universales, por lo que es imperante leer, conocer las características de cada uno para poder elegir el que mejor se adapte a la necesidad, sin menoscabo de las características descritas antes. Primero entender, sumergirse en la necesidad para elegir lo idóneo.
