Develop a unique logo (Fiveer has folks that can do this for under $25, Canva, artlogo.co, brandcrowd), and brand colors. Brand everything, and keep it consistent. Make sure you are on social media and post often to reach a wider audience (use tags, hashtags and keywords). It doesn't have to be all rentals either, but keep it in the business family. Highlight a cozy coffee shop, weekend happenings, or something cool about the area in your posts. Although I am reluctant to do so, I find that talking on video is usually well received.
