Meiner Erfahrung nach ist eine solide Datengrundlage eine Grunds?ule der nachhaltigen Lean Einführung. Ganz nach dem Motto: Wer nichts misst, kann nichts verbessern! - oder - Wer viel misst, misst viel Mist! steckt hinter jedem Sprichwort immer ein bisschen Wahrheit. Jedoch hat sich eine Erkenntniss hat sich immer wieder in der Praxis best?tigt: Wer nur an Lean glaubt, aber die Erfolge nicht ergebniswirksam nachvollziehen kann, wird sich deutlich schwerer in der nachhaltigen Umsetzung tun. Ob bereits bei der Auswahl der richtigen Workshopthemen, bei der Analyse der Ursachen, der Priorisierung der L?sungsans?tze, über die Kontrolle der Ma?nahmen, bis hin zu messbaren Ergebnissen - ohne das angemessene Nutzen von Daten wird es schwierig!

Eine vom Team getragene L?sung ist sicher eine L?sungen, die eine h?here Chance hat, nachhaltig umgesetzt zu werden. Aber wie kommt man zu einer gemeinschaftlich getragenen Entscheidung im Rahmen der Teamarbeit. Weg vom Bauchgefühl und von Einzelintressen - hin zu nachvollziehbaren Teamentscheidungen. Hierzu bietet es sich bereits bei der Zielfestlegung die m?glichen Bewertungskriterien und deren Gewichtung beim Auftraggeber abzufragen. Mit Hilfe dieser Bewertungskriterien k?nnen im Rahmen der Teamarbeit einfache Entscheidungsmatrixen, Priorit?tendiagramme bis hin zu komplexeren FMEA-Bewertungssysteme etabiliert und abgestimmt werden. Mit Hilfe dieser Entscheidungswerkzeuge k?nnen nachvollziehbarer Entscheidungen im Team forciert werden.
