Wow this one can be hard Major setbacks can be a real deal breaker , I spose the first thing you want to understand is what went wrong ( you have to be honest here, leave your ego out of it! ) Now this may change in hindsight down the track but it’s the first step of acceptance. So that’s Next Accept it … Now ask some important questions 1. What can I do about it ? 2. Who can help me fix this? 3. How do I prevent this from happening again? Now we are making progress next one is not easy but important! Forgiveness Forgive yourself Forgive others This may take some work ??but it is Important. Now just take it in your stride , keep focused and chase your dreams.
