Here's how you can boost team productivity and efficiency as a team manager in Business Architecture.

Clear, two way communication, feedback and stability (be consistent). There is some kind of "serendipity" (I love that word) in what I have learnt from 1)Years of working as an organisational liaison (expert informally making people work together besides the formal mgmt hierachy) 2) Some years in the army (platoon leader) and 3) Having an autistic son. There is a concept called the "fastfood method" in the autistic world. The basics of it is to be very clear (and limit down options) and like a fastfood ordertaker confirm by repetition. Managing a team means doing the same: Cater for clear and limited options--> make the objective/ goal clear and constantly confirm through feedback and repetition.

Here's what I focus on: I start every project by outlining specific, achievable objectives that align with our larger business strategy. Each team member knows exactly what is expected of them and understands how their individual contributions fit into the bigger picture. This clarity eliminates confusion and boosts efficiency as everyone targets the same outcomes. Regular check-ins help us stay on course and address any issues early on, ensuring that productivity remains high. This approach not only hastens project completion but also strengthens the team's cohesion and morale.
