Now that you have been awake for more than unusual duration for the night, the body & mind need sufficient rest to recover & act again. Planning your schedule around ideations & client delivery are imperative, else you risk a complete burn out. There can be back to back days where you need to burn the midnight oil, but then there has to be a pause, a break where you get the well deserved rest to recharge your batteries.
