A boss is a human being as anyone else but it is the Boss’s position that cannot be demeaned in the eyes of others, individual differences notwithstanding. It calls for tremendous restraint at times, and a very mature mind to determine when to cross a line and when not to. One must bear in mind that any disrespect that one continues to show the boss/ superior Position, may be emulated by those in Positions lesser than you. It calls for tremendous courage of convictions, restraint, boldness and a very sound professional behaviour.
