Use the right tools! Work management systems are a great way to capture performance data consistently, help keep the team organized, and promote communication and transparency. For Technical/Dev teams: - Adopt an Agile framework that fits your teams operating model (ex. Scrum) - Azure DevOps and Jira are my personal favorites For all other teams: - Implementing a simple kanban board can change the game - Visualize work in 4 buckets: to do, in progress, blocked, completed - Notion and Microsoft Planner are my personal favorites
