Many teachers do not like planning their lessons while it is the backbone of the progression of the lesson. As having said, it is where the teaching methods are portrayed and the teacher can easily evaluate if they were proper for that lesson and for the different types of learner styles.

True. Instruction quality gives satisfactory even to the teacher themselves. If instructions were not clear to the students, the lesson would not have been fulfilled hence it should be transferred to recommendations on the teachers lesson plan.

Communication makes the school day a success and it is a cornerstone even for the administration. I recently left a job where the administration could not even communicate amongst themselves. They would emotionally bully each other and transfer their unresolved issues to the teachers which really crippled the running of the school. Even when I was dismissed, there were no clear directions why I had to leave the school and I am settled with it because I will be able to get a job in a professional place.

In my view there is three simple and continues steps : observation -feedback ( should be constructive ) -outcomes. Observation: Consistency: Conduct regular and structured observations. Objective Criteria: Use clear, standardized rubrics. Professional Development: Link observations to targeted training opportunities. Feedback: Constructive: Ensure feedback is specific, actionable, and supportive. Timely: Provide feedback soon after the observation. Collaborative: Encourage a two-way dialogue for reflection and improvement. Outcomes: Data-Driven: Use student performance data to inform evaluations. Holistic: Consider a variety of assessment methods. Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies for ongoing assessment and adaptation.
