In my opinion, it is crucial to maximize the value and usefulness of data to manage it in an assertive and organized way. Create structured data models that clearly define the entities, attributes, and relationships between data. Use entity-relationship (ER) diagrams to visualize the structure. Develop a taxonomy to classify and categorize data according to relevant criteria such as data type, source, department, or role. And don't forget data governance and quality, establish quality rules and criteria to ensure data is accurate, complete, consistent and up-to-date.
