El generar confianza en tu equipo de trabajo es clave para alcanzar el éxito en las organizaciones, por lo cual, es clave mantener una excelente comunicación con los miembros del equipo y así enfocarse hacia el logro de un objetivo del proyecto que se haya preestablecido. En definitiva, la confianza es uno de los elementos claves de las organizaciones, pero para ello es fundamental fortalecer una amplia comunicación entre el Líder con los miembros del equipo, reconociendo sus logros, sus ideas, sus metas profesionales y sugerencias, creando una sinergia entre todos los participantes del proyecto.

De acuerdo a mi experiencia, la importancia de presentar resultados estadísticos mediante el uso de una base de datos ha adquirido mayor relevancia solamente en los últimos a?os. Inclusive, hace algunos atrás presencié como un gerente de una de las organizaciones más grandes de mi ciudad mencionó que los resultados estadísticos NO eran relevantes para ellos y por lo tanto, pasaban a segundo plano, por lo que en lo personal yo no estaba de acuerdo aunque en aquellos a?os yo era solamente un practicante. Entonces me pregunté el por qué en algunas organizaciones no se le otorga la respectiva importancia a la estadística en la toma de decisiones? Tal vez sea porque muchos de ellos desconocen la importancia de trabajar con bases de datos

Es importante mantener la iniciativa mediante el aporte de ideas o sugerencias que generen un gran valor en el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos, e inclusive el Líder del equipo puede incentivar a que sus colaboradores también realicen aportes que impulsen la elaboración de proyectos innovadores. Por consiguiente como una sugerencia adicional, las organizaciones podrían crear un departamento de innovación en el que sus colaboradores puedan desarrollar sus nuevas ideas de proyectos que puedan implementarse en su empresa, con ello se podría fortalecer la iniciativa de los trabajadores y desarrollar así habilidades adicionales que sean altamente valoradas en su equipo de trabajo.
