First of all, no one else knows you better than you. My perspective is going to be a little different than others. If you want my opinion, here it goes. The question is not just knowing yourself, it’s if you know the whole you. Being successful in either or means, you must do the work. Strengthen yourself to improve anything that is lacking. And then, go get it. With dedication, person growth, becoming well grounded from your head to your toes, you will obtain whatever/close to whatever you want.

There are sometimes when you just have to sell you. Always be prepared so you never have to get prepared. Write your goals, your dreams and that perfect position that you plan. Taking notes means you never forget what you felt every moment. Taking notes means there’s a possibility to find the right words. All speeches/verbal assignments need be organized. All thoughts need to be written down. There will be a time when you will have to sell yourself. Write it down for present/future opportunities. Know you

You are wonderful You are prepared You are ready Those are the only words you need to know. The old saying is, “ the world is an oyster” and it still is. Confidence is a huge factor at this time. If you get 40 no’s, that 46th will be a yes. Don’t stop trying. All you need is a foot in the door. Once you have that, plan to dominate the position you have. Remember, if you’re not number one, number two through five get to also pick from the bucket for their future roles. Remember that you have gifts. You may not know them all, but you will learn in time. Use your gift as an advantage. Your gift could be listening or your memory. Whatever you find them to be, figure them out and use them everyday.
