Very important to know that doing good work and achieving KPIs is the only requirement to be promoted, some of our colleagues surprised in promotions cycle that they not promoted, simply my answer to them because you are not ready yet some competence required to be promoted according to different positions , my advice is go directly to your manager and ask directly what is the requirement to be promoted, what I need to enhancing my competencies, what can be my development plans... don't wait for your company to give you training to be developed, invest in your self is one of most important thing that you can do for your future.
