In my experience, most of the institutions in Turkey have decided that the profit motive overrides all other concerns, including educational standards, to which they only pay lip service. Here's how you can approach performance evaluations in education compared to other industries: Decouple the course outcomes from the length of the course (in time) and from the mere achievement of a certain overall percentage achieved in a single day's exam. We should introduce results-based continuous assessment across all subjects. Attendance, performance and assignments can all be graded qualitatively and quantitively. Only those who achieve the required grade will graduate. It really could be that simple. And the profits will then start rolling in!

Certain parameters are certain to be there - your interest in building the lives you are entrusted with, the time you give, and the regularity with which you do so. But yes, your commitment, sincerity, etc scores more than dry/hard figures like total sales, revenue, etc

Um planejamento de bem estruturado tem uma avalia??o diagnóstica consistente o suficiente para delimitar para o professor e para a equipe gestora o perfil dos alunos. Uma vez sabendo onde os alunos est?o, é possível estabelecer onde se quer chegar por meio da defini??o de objetivos que sejam executáveis no período de avalia??o. A avalia??o em um processo contínuo deve contemplar objetivos menores e os alunos devem visualizar esses objetivos a fim de acompanhar o próprio desenvolvimento. Compartilhar esses objetivos com os alunos é uma forma de fomentar a autonomia no processo de aprendizagem e descentralizar as a??es do professor.
