Based on my experience, I would recommend: - Keep it simple. Clarity and simplicity to make the map easy to understand and use. - Focus on core elements. - Use visual tools. I personally recommend to use Lucidchart or Miro. These tools support a bunch of diagrams, and they offer templates that might help you.
