Sustainace plan should be chalked out, to maintain what is defined during Quality Planning.

The implications of even small deviations from the accepted product quality norms in terms of product performance in its actual use should be explained to those involved in Production. This increases their commitment to ensuring proper product quality. Why- why analysis of the deviation in Product quality is a must to implement proper quality control. Analysis of the root cause for deviation and a discussion regarding how to minimize the effects of the unavoidable factors influencing product quality would go a long way towards implementing good quality control.

After identifying the root cause with the 5 Whys, I apply continuous improvement strategies to close the quality gap. This approach ensures we address the real problems and make incremental improvements to maintain high standards in our processes.

Solutions can vary widely, from simple adjustments in the manufacturing process to complete redesigns of product components. The key is to prioritize these fixes based on their impact on quality and the resources required. This ensures that the most critical issues are addressed first, maintaining high-quality standards. By implementing effective solutions, we not only resolve immediate quality issues but also drive continuous improvement. Preventing the recurrence of problems is essential for upholding quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Similar to RCA, the rigor of a solution to a quality issue is directly related to its robustness. Quality should be designed into a product, not inspected into it.

My knowledge is monitoring results involves tracking and evaluating the outcomes of implemented solutions or actions to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
