KVP/CIP-Schulungen waren zeitweise mein besonderer Schwerpunkt. Ich habe dabei mit den Teilnehmern konkrete Probleme bearbeitet und teilweise direkt L?sungen erarbeitet. Dabei habe ich die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sie Mitarbeiter wirklich die besten Kenner ihrer Fertigungsschritte sind, dass sie Probleme klar benennen k?nnen und diese auch schon "nach oben" aufgezeigt haben, ohne dass man ihnen zugeh?rt h?tte. Die weiteren Schritte, Analyse anhand von lean-tools und Ausarbeitung und -formulierung konkreter L?sungsschritte bis zur Pr?sentation war dann die Aufgabe in den Schulungen.
