El proceso de autoconocimiento es imprescindible para llevar adelante la conducción de grupos que funcionen alineados con la RSC. Debemos partir de la premisa que nadie puede dar lo que no tiene, por eso es responsabilidad de los líderes mostrar en sus acciones concretas formas de comportamiento que en la convivencia permitan la unión de las personas alineadas con un sentimiento de cooperación real, unidos por un objetivo común y utilizando un verdadero sentido de misión que se debe contagiar desde el ejemplo. La exigencia actual es mucha, y requiere que los líderes utilicen herramientas para avanzar hacia el Autoconocimiento. El uso de técnicas de meditación es una forma que recomiendo para avanzar hacia formas más efectivas de conducción.

Hoy se habla de "liderazgo de servicio" lo cual significa conducir a las personas dando importancia a las relaciones humanas y priorizando a los seres humanos por sobre todo. Para ello es imprescindible que exista una coherencia sólida entre los valores personales y la RSC de la organización. Ya no sirve la teoría únicamente, es necesario el ejemplo, la confianza y la proximidad incluso entre las personas de diferentes escalas jerárquicas.

La comunicación es fundamental. En la actualidad estamos muy conectados y poco comunicados. Es necesario además del aprovechamiento de las tecnologías generar conexiones personales, reuniones de grupos en forma presencial, organizar encuentros poder ujtilizar en la comunicación la enorme cantidad de estímulos sensoriales que no están presentes en las comunicaciones a distancia. Si entre los valores es generar buenas relaciones humanas de cooperación e intercambio necesitamos conocernos más. Esto debe evaluarse entre las iniciativas de RSC.

La reflexión es importante y debe ser parte de un pensamiento autocrítico. Me gusta pensar que debemos ser mejores como individuos para poder hacer mejor lo que hacemos. Por ello dentro del ámbito corporativo debe permitirse el crecimiento y desarrollo de las personas que integran el grupo, caso contrario se perderá el interés y el desánimo es un sentimiento contagioso y que debe ser evitado. Hay que instalar un entusiasmo que sea una fuerza propulsora de crecimiento personal y corporativo.
