Short term goal for int'l forwarder/LSP usually are : Operation & Customer Service Quality/Accuracy/Punctuality Enhancement; Coload-in/Secure proper type of cargo to fullfill BSA & better consolidation mix. Long term goal for service industry is always create the niche, try to win the market share over 5% as start (to be seeing) on single route (doesn't matter the route is popular or not which has to evaluate & selected by external & internal enviorement/5 forces, strength & weakness/SWOT), reach over 10% market share is one of market leader, over 20% almost can decide the price. Certainly, information + connnection + technology all the plus.
