I try to adjust my Leadership Style by embracing Flexibility, fostering a collaborative and open Communication environment, empowering Team Members to make decisions, focusing on iterative Progress and continuous improvement, and adapting Quickly to Changes and feedback .. ??

Change isn’t something we should fear, in agile project management, we see change as a pathway to better outcomes. Our goal is to welcome it and use it to our advantage.

Flexibility in Planning - Iterative Approach: Embrace the iterative nature of agile methodologies, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration and feedback. - Adaptive Planning: Be prepared to adjust plans based on changing priorities and customer feedback during project execution. 2. Adaptability - Responding to Change: Value responding to change over following a plan, as stated in the Agile Manifesto. - Anticipate Change: Anticipate changes in requirements and market conditions, staying proactive in adapting strategies and approaches.

For me, the most important starting point is to break down silos thinking, that is why one of the great solution is to have a process review workshop where every involved person can see each others's own value add into the process

Clear rules, responsiblities need to be declared especially for generation Z, because the follow what is said and transparent, otherwise they have a growth mindset thinking.
