After solving an Issue by analysing the root cause most often we forget to document the following 1). What is this issue? 2). When did this occur ? 3). Who identified it? 4). In the world where workforce is going through a rapid movement it's always good to have a proper documentation so the next set of employees can refer for understanding the system.
