User feedback is our best friend in the process of making our product truly great. It’s the lifeblood of effective UX design, offering direct insight into how users interact with our product. Even negative feedback is a gift, highlighting areas ripe for improvement. The industry is changing fast in terms of laws, regulations, and technology. It is also changing slowly because now a lot of people use templates and proven designs, so the new type of UX thinking and designs will take a while for the market to discover and adapt. Staying informed can be keeping up to date and critically thinking about how new trends in tech and other industries will affect how the UX is being done.

The obvious benefit of iterating quickly is that you get to test multiple versions of an experience with users and get real feedback quickly - without any code being written or thrown away. If each iteration includes a goal/hypothesis it ensures measuring success based on important business metrics. UX designers should embrace the fact that each iterations provides additional answers and provide the teams with more confidence in the end solution. Another key aspect of quick iterations is to not get attached to the solutions - but to let the feedback dictate direction

Any project should be implemented from beginning with flexibility in mind, allowing to be steered if/when needed, not just related to UX design. The point is not to implement bells & whistles seen somewhere else (by client/developers/designers), but be able to get and maintain the right direction while the project grows. And even after. I see Figma/Sketch/etc mentioned as "prototypes" in many responses, but that should be called "mockups" at most. Better to start early with a functional prototype (actual project) and grow/refine from there, client being part of the process (even if tamed). Makes life easier for designers/developers (who should be working together & not in a figma > devs > figma > devs ping-pong loop) and for the client too.
