After this reading, you must adjust your communication to use a tone and words appropriate to the feelings that were detected. The right words spoken at the wrong frequency did not cause positive effects.

Changes often induce stress and questioning of capabilities & self worth. The hype and rampant fear mongering in myriad articles makes it worse. - Emotional Intelligence is crucial is discerning insights by keen observation of what is changing. - EI enables us to focus on that will gain as a result of the change rather than what will diminish. - Change requires adaptation rather than giving in to fear. Mindful observation allows us to focus energies on action which equip us well. - It is also crucial and satisfying to be part of a group who help each other navigate change purposefully.
