Es ist zwar gut einen bunten Blumenstrau? aus Zertifikaten zu haben, aber oft ist ein Spezialisierung notwendig um dieses Nischenwissen zu vertiefen. Hingegen bei den Softskills finde ich es wichtig, das man breit gef?chert an die Themen Personal und Pers?nlichkeitsentwicklung herangeht. Da hier jeglicher Input sinnvoll für den Umgang mit Vorgesetzten, Mitarbeitenden und externen sinnvoll sind.

I usually recommend the P.I.E model. P= performance ie ensuring you deliver on your core work and communicate on how you delivered your results I = image. Your brand. What do you stand for ? (Expert in digital, performance, creative, etc). Choose 1 single message. E = exposure. Ensure people know about your personal brand. Communicate frequently and ask your manager to put you on the project that will give you the exposure (on your brand !)

Es muy difícil resumir lo que se necesita para ser un ejecutivo exitoso, pero en mi experiencia además de la base técnica impecable, se requiere trabajar los siguientes aspectos: - crear una red de contactos permanente y con todos los nodos mapeados de forma correcta y completa. - hacer de la comunicación ejecutiva una distinción de la forma de relacionarte con los demás. Comunicación ejecutiva implica ser diestro en los aspectos ejecutivos de persuadir y exponer nuevas ideas. - reconocer el propio poder personal. - construir un método de influencia personal basado en el propio estilo. - Tener una estrategia actualizada y revisada, afinada hacia el logro de los objetivos y la hoja de ruta que se ha trazado.
