I totally agree with this narrative, when employees are only trained with a focus solely on their roles, they tend to not to care about how their roles could have an impact on the next person's role. Inclusive training which neither starts nor ends with the employee's exact role, but is rather more engaging on the overall responsibilities of all the employees in the workspace, helps employees feel a sense of ownership and responsibility within all areas of the workspace. They tend to understand the cumulative effect of their actions, good or bad.

Tener un equipo interdiciplinario que sea capacitado constantemente, y que el compromiso con la calidad y mejora continua este en la cultura de la compa?ía, el compromiso de todos disminuyen retrocesos, desperdicios, costos de no calidad y aumentan productividad. "No es solo producir, sino producir con Calidad" esto hará la diferencia, para prevenir y mejorar continuamente, no solo corregir el error (apagando incendios).

I recommend the DIDO (day in day out)product audit in this situation. IATF 16949 recommends once in a year or customer agreed schedule, but if we do DIDO PA it will certainly help to sustainable quality levels and immediate actions are required to nullify the issues.
